Acetaminophen (paracetamol) toxicity is an important cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. It estimated that poisoning contributes to more than 1 million poisonings up half a deaths each year, yet it preventable treatable. the second most common liver transplantation However, studies concerning in Botswana are scant, although has been reported 6.7% total injuries ranked third next falls automobile accidents among external causes mortality. This case report reviews aetiology, evaluation, treatment acetaminophen overdose.
